Generation Z has become an increasingly significant segment of today’s workforce, including in Sukabumi City. Characterized by their strong preference for flexibility, work-life balance, and alignment with personal values, this generation brings new expectations to the workplace. However, many organizations still apply conventional work systems that fail to accommodate these expectations, resulting in job dissatisfaction and a higher likelihood of turnover. This study aims to examine the influence of work motivation, organizational culture, and work-life balance on job satisfaction among Generation Z workers in Sukabumi City. Additionally, the study investigates the indirect effects of these variables on turnover intention. The research uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative research design. Data were collected from 100 evening class students at Nusa Putra University, categorized as Generation Z and currently employed in Sukabumi. A Likert-scale questionnaire was used for data collection. The data were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the Partial Least Squares method (SEM-PLS), facilitated by the SmartPLS 4.0 software.
