Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the influence of leadership style on employee performance. Leadership style has an important role in increasing employee motivation, productivity, and work effectiveness. The research method used is quantitative with a descriptive and causal approach. Data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees of PT Trakindo Utama, Bandung Branch. The analysis technique used is simple linear regression to test the relationship between leadership style variables as independent variables and employee performance as dependent variables. The results of the study indicate that leadership style has a significant influence on employee performance. Effective leadership can increase employee job satisfaction, engagement, and productivity. Based on these findings, companies are advised to develop a more adaptive leadership strategy that is in accordance with employee needs in order to improve performance optimally.
