Analisis Penerapan Sop dalam Efektivitas Kinerja Perusahaan PT Rukun Mitra Sejati

Abstrak

The purpose of this study is to assess how Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) can enhance business performance and how PT Rukun Mitra Sejati, a distribution company in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry, can benefit from SOP implementation. A case study and qualitative descriptive methodology were used in this investigation. Data was collected through documentation, interviews and observations of logistics division management and employees. The research results show that clear work guidelines, process efficiency, consistency, error minimization, problem solving, worker protection, clarity of work maps, and defensive boundaries result from consistent implementation of SOPs. In addition, a company culture that emphasizes target orientation, teamwork, kinship, and mutual cooperation helps implement SOPs in the workplace. In addition, social security, training, and reward and punishment systems help protect employees. This research found that implementing SOPs at PT Rukun Mitra Sejati is very important to improve operational efficiency, performance quality, and build a healthy and flexible work environment in a competitive business environment.
