Abstrak

This paper is a literature review that discusses how business ethics contribute to shaping a good corporate image. Based on the analysis of various recent studies, it is found that the application of ethical values such as honesty, integrity, and social responsibility has a major influence in improving the company's reputation in the eyes of customers, investors, and other stakeholders. Business ethics is not only a moral guideline in decision-making, but also serves as an important strategy to build trust, increase customer loyalty, and establish long-term mutually beneficial relationships. In addition, consistent application of business ethics in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activities also strengthens the company's image while supporting sustainable social and environmental development. Thus, business ethics is a key element in building and maintaining a positive corporate image in the midst of increasingly fierce business competition.
