Absolute Poverty Reduction in Indonesia Presidential Instruction of the Republic of Indonesia Number 4 of 2022

Abstrak

Poverty alleviation is always being a development problem for Indonesia since the large areas covered in Indonesia. The phenomenon is not only experienced by Indonesia as developing country but also many developed countries. The president of Indonesia has been focusing on the poverty eradication programs and encouraged the parties to work together to build new programs to eradicate poverty in Indonesia. Under the Presidential Instruction number 4 of 2022, governments and the parties involved are trying to do the best as it could to achieve the goals. In 2024, the result of the word done hoped to be harvested. The method used in this study is normative juridical approach to review the topic from several point of views. It shows the countries like China, Thailand, Myanmar and Indonesia give an effort to alleviate the poverty with some approaches combined with policy initiatives and other things to achieve the goals.
