This study was conducted to investigate how the principles of work ethics play a role in career advancement and performance evaluation of employees. This investigation was conducted through a literature study of various reliable sources. The main objective of this study is to understand how moral values, such as responsibility, honesty, discipline, and integrity, affect individual performance and career prospects in a company. The results show that work ethics have a great influence in improving the quality of work and professionalism of employees. In addition, career paths and performance evaluations depend not only on formal aspects such as educational background and experience, but also on ethical behavior and attitudes in the work environment. A work environment that upholds high ethics can build a good organizational culture, trigger motivation and loyalty, and facilitate the achievement of company goals. This conclusion makes an important contribution to human resource departments in formulating policies that emphasize the formation of employee character and integrity.
