Abstract

Employee loyalty is a key component in the long-term success of a company. This study aims to examine the influence of corporate ethics on employee loyalty using a systematic literature review approach. Various literatures show that ethics in organizations not only affect individual behavior in the workplace, but also play an important role in building a healthy work culture, increasing employee satisfaction, and strengthening their commitment to the company. Ethical aspects such as fair leadership, transparent communication, appreciation of diversity, and a good corporate image have a positive relationship with the level of employee loyalty. The findings of this literature review are expected to be a foundation for leaders and policy makers in designing corporate strategies that are more oriented towards ethical values, in order to encourage optimal employee retention and performance.
