Abstract

To ensure the long-term success and sustainability of a company, business ethics are essential. This study collects literature from various reliable sources from 2014 to 2025 and investigates how ethical principles affect management strategies, stakeholder relationships and overall corporate success. The analysis shows that sustainable and responsible application of business ethics can improve a company’s image and reputation, increase customer trust, and enhance employee loyalty. In addition, combining business ethics with corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices can help achieve the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and strengthen the link between society and the environment. In accordance with the Triple Bottom Line concept (planet, people, and profit), this research shows that incorporating ethical values into the strategic decision-making process will benefit companies in addition to improving their social and environmental aspects. Businesses can improve competitiveness, manage risks and build long-term stakeholder trust by implementing strong ethics. Therefore, in order to achieve sustainability and extensive social benefits, a company must thoroughly embed an ethical culture in all aspects of its business operations and strategies. Therefore, the integration of ethics and CSR is essential to build a company that is viable, ethical, and contributes positively to society and the environment for sustainability.
