Literature Review : Peran Etika Bisnis dalam Meningkatkan Tanggung Jawab Sosial Perusahaan

This study aims to analyze the role of business ethics in improving corporate social responsibility. In the context of modern business dynamics that demand transparency and accountability, understanding the relationship between ethical principles and CSR implementation is very important. The method used in this study is the Systematic Literature Review (SLR). The results of the analysis show that the consistent application of business ethics plays a significant role in encouraging companies to not only comply with regulations but also proactively fulfill their social responsibilities to stakeholders. The main findings indicate that companies that instill ethical values in their organizational culture tend to have CSR programs that are more sustainable, responsive, and have a positive impact on the company's reputation and long-term performance. This study recommends the integration of business ethics as part of a company's core strategy to streng then the implementation of authentic and sustainable CSR
