Literature Review : Peran Etika Pada Lingkungan Kerja dalam Menciptakan Lingkungan Kerja Kondusif

This study aims to examine the role of ethics in the work environment as a major factor in creating a conducive work atmosphere. Work ethics include values such as integrity, responsibility, fairness, and respect that form the basis of professional behavior in the workplace. Through a literature review approach, this study identifies how consistent application of ethics can increase psychological comfort, strengthen relationships between employees, and reduce internal conflict. This journal review discusses the role of ethical principles in creating a conducive work environment through a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. SLR was chosen because it is able to provide a comprehensive, objective, and evidence-based picture of the topic being studied. The results of the study show that the application of work ethics—including values such as integrity, responsibility, fairness, and respect—has a positive impact on the quality of relationships between employees, psychological comfort, and work
