Tinjauan Sistematis Literatur Tentang Peran Agilitas Strategik dalam Mencapai Keunggulan Bersaing

Abstrak

In the midst of a rapidly changing business environment,companies are required to be able to adapt and move swiftly in order to remaincompetitive. The concept of strategic agility is becoming increasingly relevantas it helps organizations respond to change quickly and appropriately.This study aims to gain a deeper understanding of how strategic agilitycontributes to competitive advantage through a systematic review of various academic literature. The method used is a search and analysis of selected scientific articles published between 2010 and 2024. The review results indicate that strategic agility can enhance an organization's competitiveness by strengthening innovation, accelerating decision-making, and promoting adaptability to market dynamics. These findings provide a clearer picture of the importance of building agileand responsive organizations in facing today's business challenges.
