This study aims to explore the important role of employee well-being in increasing their commitment to the organization. In an increasingly competitive world of work, organizations must pay attention to employee well-being as a key to creating strong and sustainable relationships. Through a systematic literature review (SLR) approach, this study analyzed 30 scientific articles published between 2013 and 2023. The results show that employees' well-being, whether in terms of psychological, work-life balance, or support provided by the organization, has a significant positive impact on their commitment to the organization. The findings confirm that by improving employee well-being, organizations can strengthen loyalty, reduce turnover rates, and improve performance. This study recommends that employee well being should be a major part of human resource management policies, to create a mutually beneficial relationship between employees and organizations.
