Abstrak

Coronavirus disease 2019 or commonly abbreviated as COVID-19 is an infectious
disease caused by the SARS-CoV-2 corona virus. People with COVID-19 have a fever, dry
cough, and difficulty breathing. Community service must continue so that state institutions
implement a work from home (WFH) system during the pandemic, a step that is one of the
operational methods during the COVID-19 pandemic. Both in the fields of education,
economics, health and other fields. To break the chain of the spread of Covid-19, the
government is shifting or changing work methods by implementing WFH. The shift in work
methods in question is an organizational change that assigns duties and responsibilities to
employees by "forbidding" employees to work in offices and gather in rooms. Therefore,
employees must work from home, this is called work from home (WFH), in other words, work
from home. The purpose of the literature review is to find out how the conditions of Work
From Home (WFH) and Work Discipline on Employee Performance During the Covid-19
Pandemic are. Methods: Based on 16 studies it was found that. The new policy that employees
must work from home is called Work From Home (WFH). Companies in this pandemic period
certainly need good employee performance without reducing the discipline that affects
employee performance.
