Abstrak

Today's increasingly rapid economic development causes competition the market is getting tighter. This intense competition triggers every company to do several breakthroughs in their business competition against other companies. Many companies that see that the level of employee performance is a significant factor determine the sustainability of their company. Seeing that we can know that the performance of employees is very important for the company. As the main key, human resources will
determine the success of implementation company activities. Good human resources can be seen from good performance as well. performance is an important thing that must be considered in order to success of a company. Performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in the implementation in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. So that employee performance is always consistent, so at least the organization always pays attention work environment around employees that can affect a person's ability to implementation and high work discipline of the employee. Discipline shows a condition or attitude of respect that exists in oneself employees to company rules and regulations
