Abstrak

This study discusses the impact of punishment and employee discipline on performance productivity. Work discipline is very important and must be owned by leaders and employees. . Each organization will develop the best strategy to be able to compete, especially in improving employee performance. Giving punishment is one of the important aspects that need to be considered by company managers. This study shows that punishment and employee discipline on performance productivity have a positive and significant effect, this also shows that if employees understand what punishment is, there will be no violations and will increase employee performance productivity. The method used in this study is the literature review method which reviews existing journals to prove the results
of this study. The result of this literature review is that employee productivity will
increase if employees do not violate the rules and discipline in their work and their
behavior is in accordance with general rules.
