Abstrak

Abstract: Sukabumi Regency is one of the areas in West Java that has very large fishery potential. This great potential has not been fully utilized. Sales of fishery activities are still dominated by the sale of fresh fish, while processing activities in the fishery sector in Sukabumi Regency are still lagging behind. Product variety is needed so that the fishery processing industry can continue to grow. This article aims to design a business that provides varied and innovative products in the form of fish meatballs. The determination of these products is based on the great potential and the growing trend of the culinary sector's growth. This business design is made using the Business Model Canvas (BMC) approach and SWOT analysis. The use of both is intended so that the business can run well by identifying the internal and external factors of the business. The BACIKAN (Meatball Aci Ikan) business has great profit potential so it is worthy of being a business. Implementing the right strategy can make this business successful in achieving its goals. In addition, the basis of social entrepreneurship that is promoted and implemented by establishing partnerships makes the goal of increasing added value and community income to be achieved.
