PENGARUH MODAL INTLEKTUAL DAN GOOD CORVERATE GOVERNANCE TERHADAP NILAI PERUSAHAAN: Proposal Penelitian

Abstrak

This study aims to analyze the application of the influence of intellectual capital and good corporate governance on firm value. The dependent variable used is Tobins Q (Y) and the independent variable used is value added (X1), institutional ownership (X2), and managerial ownership (X3). The sample and data in this study are companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, the telecommunication sub-sector, which were taken from the IDX's annual report for the 2016-2020 period. The analytical technique used is quantitative starting from the normality test of the classical assumption test and regression test to interpret the data that will be carried out by the researcher using the E-viesw9 software.
