Abstrak

In today's era of globalization, every employee expects career development in the organization they work for. Career development is basically necessary for private and government companies, because career development is oriented to future trade challenges in facing competitors. This research method uses the Literature Review method with data collection techniques by searching for and reading 15 national journal references obtained through the database of national journal providers through Google Scholar. This study wanted to find the level of career development and the relationship of motivation on employee performance. The object of research in this study is career development, motivation at work and employee performance. This study takes all designs used in identifying career development and motivation on employee performance. The results of a literature search on the effect of career development and motivation on employee performance simultaneously, positively, and significantly, employee performance will increase when career development becomes better
