Abstrak

 

Every company has employees who are responsible for carrying out its business activities. A comfortable work environment supports employee productivity at work, while an uncomfortable and difficult work environment can hinder employee work concentration. Therefore, business leaders need to pay attention to the work environment of employees in order to achieve and increase employee productivity. workers need psychological satisfaction in addition to wages. The psychology of leadership and employee performance is closely related in a company, because employee motivation and morale depend on the attitude and behavior of the leader. Therefore, if the psychology of superiors in carrying out their duties is not controlled, it can affect employee motivation and morale, directly affect employee morale, and cause discomfort in the work environment. To run a business, leaders must have the ability to control themselves or their psychology. That way, at least employees can find comfort and at least improve performance
