Abstrak

In this all-digital era, companies are required to have human resources to understand a lot of science and master technological advances. In addition, creative human resources who have good performance are also needed. When the company's management is good, it can be ascertained that it can increase the effectiveness of the company. When the effectiveness of a company is achieved well, then the company is able to compete with other companies. There are many factors that can realize the success of the company, one of which is the work environment, because a comfortable and conducive work environment can support employee performance when working, on the contrary if an uncomfortable and conducive work environment can disrupt employee performance and work concentration. To encourage employee performance, efficiency, motivation and achievement, the company must have a good work environment. The method used in this journal research is literature review. 16 studies used in this literature, all using quantitative methods. Based on 16 studies that have been described, it shows that there is a significant positive effect of the work environment on employee performance. It is hoped that every company that wants to improve the performance of its employees must first improve its work environment.
