Abstrak

Performance is the result of work in quality and quality achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him. Organizational culture can be defined as an established system of values, beliefs, assumptions or norms that are agreed upon and followed by organizational members as behavioral guidelines and solutions to solve organizational problems. Leadership is the ability to give constructive influence to others to make a cooperative effort to achieve the stated goals. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of organizational culture and leadership on employee performance and the method used in this study was literacy review and used 14 journals as materials used in this study and 10 journals used for discussion.
