PERMASALAHAN NARKOTIKA DAN MINUMAN KERAS DI INDONESIA

Abstrak

The issue of Narcotics and Liquor in Indonesia tends to be troubling so that it has a huge impact on the country's economic situation. The purpose of this study was to determine the economic condition due to the impact of the abuse of narcotics and liquor in Indonesia in the aspects of law and business ethics relating to individuals, companies, communities, and industries. The method used is to use a literature review approach. The results of the analysis show that the impact of economic losses reached 84.7 trillion in 2017. In dealing with cases of drug and alcohol abuse, law enforcement is required from existing regulations. Law and business ethics have certainly played a major role in reducing these cases. The perpetrators who have violated ethics, both users, dealers and producers of narcotics and liquor (oplosan) must be given strict and consistent criminal sanctions.
