Abstrak

Introduction: Human Resources (HR) is one element that is very important for an organization in order to achieve the success of the organization's goals. In the present, during the COVID19 Pandemic, companies must have had a very difficult time achieving their goals, one of the reasons is due to the decline in the performance of human resources in the company which is the effect of this Pandemic. Therefore, companies must have additional strategies in order to survive during this Pandemic. One strategy to stay afloat is to provide training for human resources. The role of training here is to develop and improve the knowledge, insights, and skills that are needed in relation to the current situation so that HR performance can remain stable or increase even though it is currently in a pandemic. Method: The research method used is literature review research by referring to books and scientific articles that are considered relevant, so that they can be used as reference material for further research in the field of HR in determining the strategy and policies of an organization. Discussion: The role of training in improving human resource performance during the Pandemic is very interesting to discuss because with this research, it can show that the role of training is very important as an improvement and development and adaptation to the current conditions of the Covid-19 situation.
